History
CyraCom International formed in 1995 under the name Kevmark. In that same year,
Kevmark patented the first dual-handset phone, revolutionizing the language services
and teleservices industries. In 1998, Kevmark changed its name to CyraCom International.
Since our founding, we have developed into one of the largest and most innovative
language services companies in the United States. We were named to the Inc. 5000
list of fastest growing private companies in the US in 2007, 2009, 2010, and 2011,
and are recognized as the 2nd largest provider of Over-the-Phone Interpretation
in the world by research firm Common Sense Advisory. In 2009, we became the first
Over-the-Phone Interpretation company in the US to receive ISO 9001:2008 certification,

We are US-based and operate contact centers in Tucson, AZ, Phoenix, AZ, and Las
Cruces, NM. Our corporate office is located in the foothills of Tucson, AZ.
