Employee Benefits

CyraCom offers the following benefit programs to all regular employees who work 32 or more hours per week; benefits begin the first of the month following 90 days of employment.

Medical

Employees can choose from a PPO Core Plan (BC/BS PPO500) or a PPO Buy-up plan (BC/BS PPO2600) which is a dual plan; medical insurance plus a health savings account in which the company contributes to bi-weekly. Medical insurance is provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield with a comprehensive network. Coverage is also available for spouses and eligible dependents.

Dental & Vision

Employees are provided with dental and vision coverage through Principal insurance. Coverage is also available for spouses and eligible dependents.

Disability

To help protect employees' income during times when they cannot work due to a disability, CyraCom provides long-term disability insurance at 60 percent of base salary. 

Life Insurance and AD&D (Accidental Death and Dismemberment)

CyraCom provides a base amount of life insurance equal to one times base salary up to $50,000. Employees can also purchase voluntary life insurance for themselves, spouse and/or children if they desire.

401(k) Plan

CyraCom's 401(k) plan lets employees accumulate savings on a tax-deferred basis. Through payroll deductions, employees can direct pretax earnings (up to an IRS annual maximum) into the 401(k) Plan. Employees have 18 investment options and may enroll and increase or decrease contributions on a quarterly basis. Employees may change investment funds or discontinue contributions at any time. CyraCom will match 50% of employee contributions up to a maxium of 3%.

Bonus Plan

CyraCom provides a bonus opportunity payable if CyraCom achieves targets set by the Board of Directors. A portion of the bonus is paid out on a quarterly basis, with a true-up sum at the end of the year.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

CyraCom's Employee Assistance Program offers confidential counseling for personal, family, financial, health or work-related problems and legal advice to employees. The EAP is available 24 hours a day via a website or a toll-free number.

Paid-Time Off

Employees earn time off each pay period, accumulating a total of 11 days the first year and 16 days the following years, increasing again at 5 and 10 years of employment. Employees may use this time at their discretion with appropriate notice to the company.
