CyraCom International, Inc. announces the acquisition of Language Learning
Enterprises, Inc. (LLE)

Tucson, Ariz. and Washington, DC - November 18, 2009

CyraCom International, Inc. today celebrated the official opening of its newest and largest interpreter call center. The event included a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Tucson Mayor Bob Walkup as well as a recruitment fair for the Interpreter Center which will employ over 400 residents of the greater Tucson area.

The event also celebrated that CyraCom International has signed a definitive agreement under which it has acquired Language Learning Enterprises, Inc. (LLE®), headquartered in Washington, DC. The combination of the companies will provide clients with a broadened portfolio of language solutions and an even deeper pool of interpreters and translators.

“This year we are celebrating the 30th anniversary of LLE having successfully built a robust community of linguists, employees and clients all of whom stand to gain from the resources and expertise of a leading language services company in CyraCom International”, said Kathleen K. Diamond. In 1979, Ms. Diamond founded LLE based on an entrepreneurial vision and a mission to provide excellence in foreign languages. She has since built the company into a leading language service provider.

Ms. Diamond has joined CyraCom International as a Vice President. The integration of both companies will build on current operations, services and best practices.
